The summer has come. And one of the most favorite children holidays – Children Rights Protection Day has come together with the beginning of the summer. It turned out that celebration of this holiday lasted for entire week. This week included different events, but the most important was that all of them had something to do with Children Rights Protection Day, since all of these events were designed and carried out only for children.
And now lets talk about those events organized for children:
On June 1, exactly on the Children Rights Protection Day, artistic team of “The Way Home” participated in the festive concert, which was held at the Odessa Pedagogical University named after Ushinsky. Performance was carried out at the high level and spectators (by the way, the house was full) had thanked the actors up to the mark.
On Thursday, June 3, barbers-stylists from the Maramax studio visited “The Way Home” fund. All children had a chance to get interesting and exclusive hair cuts and styling. Of course, girls outdid boys, since boys prefer as short hair as possible, while girls after their visit to the “salon” had absolutely different and peculiar hair styles. We should also note that Maramax stylists invited everyone who wanted to visit their educational salon and have their hair done absolutely for free there.
On the forth day of the first summer month a music band visited “The Way Home”. Musicians played a large concert for kids and for everyone who was in the Fund at that moment. After the concert, which actually lasted for more than an hour all kids were invited to try themselves as musicians. Some of them tried to play an electric guitar, some tried to play a few notes on a synthesizer. Musicians noticed that they don’t mind playing for “The Way Home” many times more, so we are looking forward to seeing them with their new program.
